Johnathan Rodriguez, Executive Chef

Seasoned Executive Chef, Johnathan Rodriguez, intends to bring a track record of success to his new residency at Sea Salt in St. Petersburg, FL.
His culinary expertise spans Italian, French, Mediterranean and American cuisines. For his performance and execution in the kitchen he has received numerous honors. Awards such as the Taste of Clearwater and the Chef Inspired Award, Number One for Excellency, and most recently Highest GOP for White Lodging. No stranger to high profile chefs and high intensity kitchens, Chef Johnathan has worked and trained at two Michelin grade restaurants which makes his attention to detail exquisite. As a prior successful Executive Chef for Embassy Suites by Hilton, National Golf Club in New York, As well as a property sous chef for Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater, & a chef in training at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin resort executing a 5-restaurant operation. Chef Johnathan can be class as a well-rounded chef in cuisines.
